Dear friends & Supporters,
It is with great pride & excitement ; I welcome you all to the official website of our library to be inaugurated on on the 08th annual function on Lingaraj Vihar Library & Information Centre Development Society by the Chief Guest , Smt. Aparajita Sarangi, MP, Lokasabha on 13.07.2025 .
Lingaraj Vihar library & Information Centre was established on the auspicious Republic Day of 2012 in the central open space of Lingaraj Vihar Housing complex at Pokhariput, Bhubaneswar. The Bhoomi puja of the new building was held on the 2nd October 2013 on the auspicious day of Gandhi Jayanti and inaugurated in July 2015. Construction of the ground floor of the new building was completed with the help of MP-LAD fund. Library was registered under Society Registration Act (No XXI of 1860) in 2021 vide Regd no 2719-66/20-21. Library conducts Annual General Body meetings for the approval of the income and expenditure of the society and EB Election every year ...
